Appointments

As we do our utmost to minimise waiting times, we ask that you arrive at least five minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete a new patient registration form.

And since we allow plenty of time for consultations, should you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice.

Payment

We ask that you pay your consultation fee at the time of your appointment, and remind you to bring your referral letter with you to ensure you can claim your Medicare rebate (where applicable).

Dermal Fillers

What is it?

The fillers themselves are substances found naturally in the skin such as collagen and hyaluronic acid.

Where is it used?

Dermal fillers are used to create a more youthful appearance by plumping up areas such as nasolabial folds, marionette lines around the mouth and vertical lip lines. They can also be used to add volume and definition to thin or uneven lips.

Does it hurt?

Pain is minimal since a topical anaesthetic cream or local anaesthetic injection is administered before the injections.

How long will it last?

The effects usually last at least six months.

Are there any side effects?

Negative side effects are highly unlikely, but on the rare occasion they do occur a client may experience some swelling, pain, burning, facial redness or bruising.
